Throughout the course, Abdul introduces key molecular concepts, including DNA/RNA analysis, PCR, and the role of molecular testing in disease diagnosis and management. With a strong emphasis on real-world NHS laboratory practice, learners will gain insight into how molecular pathology integrates with histology to support accurate and timely patient care.
Ideal for students, trainees, and laboratory professionals, this course provides a practical and relevant introduction to molecular techniques, enhancing your understanding and supporting progression in a modern diagnostic lab setting.

Case Study
Noor, UOW Graduate
I recently completed Abdul’s online Molecular Pathology course, and it’s made a huge difference in my confidence and understanding. Having also done the Practical Skills in Histology course, I found this was the perfect next step to connect everything together.
The way Abdul explained molecular techniques like PCR and their role in real NHS lab settings really helped things click for me. Since completing the course, I’ve secured multiple interviews with both NHS and private labs, and I genuinely feel the knowledge I gained played a big part in that.
I’d highly recommend this course to anyone looking to strengthen their lab skills and improve their chances of getting into a biomedical science role.
